KONI and Formula 1 have a long history and tradition. It all goes back to 1958 when Ferrari was the first car to use KONI dampers. Since then, KONI has been involved in Formula 1 for every single season. Since the 2007 season KONI is Official Supplier of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team. The team uses KONI’s new and advanced FSD technology, proving the performance and quality of this high-tech feature. Being involved in Formula 1 gives us the possibility to use gathered data in improving our Racing and Street products.
